All sales are final! No return.

Once orders are dropped off the post office, I will not be held responsibility after that since it will be out of my hands.

REFUND:

New orders that have not been fulfilled can get a full refund, as long as you contact me right away for cancellation. Once it ships, you may no longer cancel or receive that refund. 

For broken desk friends/glass cups orders, you may be eligible for a full refund if only you show image proof of damage on the day of the delivery! If you reach out days or weeks later, this policy will not apply. Please reach out immediately.
